Our cancellation policy is 72hrs during clinic hours or the full fee will be charged as per the T&C’s you sign. Please use Jane App to manage your appointments. If you cannot change your appointment online, you are probably in the cancellation period.

We are not accepting new clients as Sharon will be lecturing and working in China from 10-31 October 2025. Contact will be limited during this period due to govt restrictions on Google, Gmail and social media. Please add yourself to our waiting list.
